Fun times by all!

Project pictures from classes
at Gilding the Lily!

And the Artful Gathering Blog Hop
continues!

I have been so late in posting the amazing projects that my students created at Gilding the Lily in Fullerton, CA last weekend.  I am just blown away at the beauty they created in both classes!  I would have liked to get better shots to do the pieces more justice, but time just did not allow.

There were 15 students in the first class on Saturday.  The workshops were held in Nancy's home, who owns Gilding the Lily.  If you have never been by, or checked her out on line, it is an incredible collections of total eye candy!!  I want one of everything in the store. I managed to drop by before setting up on Friday, and unloaded some cash!

In the first class on Saturday, the students cut sheet metal, soldered it, attached soldered rhinestones, a little frame to the top, then textured the metal.  They got to play with the sweet birds and branch, and wire it on with a little vine made from copper wire.

Then most drilled some holes and they dangled some beauties.

Sooooo pretty!
I'm sorry, it was just too crazy to know who's were who's.
But I'm so proud of all of you!

Here are some shots from the classes. Look at those smiles....

Some Wrapture necklaces from the second day.
Sooo pretty ladies!

And everyone's was just so different.  Love it.

More smiles! Hi Lisa!

A huge thank you to all  you wonderful ladies who traveled long distances to take part in the class.
I was blown away!!

And my buddy Robin Dudley Howes was there too!
Hi Robin! Love that smile.

Okay girls, show me your projects!!
Theresa, you're too far away!
Hi Geraldene, you look pretty proud, you too Dede!

Oh Miss Sandy, love that top!
You all did such an amazing job.
Look at the concentration on Miss Dede's face!

Thank you Nancy, for opening your home to all of us.  It was a blast, and I loved every minute of it. The students did a fabulous job.
Thanks for all your help Dede!  I really appreciate you helping me put the classes together.

Can't wait until next time!

This is Nancy's fairy tale come true house.
It was warm and welcoming.

Thanks for looking everyone.  Wish you could have joined all of us!
